Thaaaats MEE! Born on July 27, 1990. After meeting me you will probably figure out that I love theatre, especially of the musical variety, and that I'm obsessed with Harry Potter. I also love fashion and the arts. I'm a senior in high school, something I am not all too excited about. I'm not good at coping with change. I love Jo Rowling, Audrey Hepburn, ferris wheels, and clouds. I'm pretty easy to get along with, it's rare for me to dislike someone.

My Brand of Heroin (MBOH) was opened on October 28, 2006. It is hosted by the awsome Stephanie.

What's in a Name?


I got the name My Brand of Heroin from a line from one of my favorite novels, Twilight. The line goes like this:

"So what you're saying is, I'm your brand of heroin?" I teased, trying to lighten the mood.
He smiled swiftly, seeming to appreciate my effort. "Yes, you are exacly my brand of heroin"

And the minute I read that line I swooned and died. I recommend you read this book, it's pure brilliance.

History


It all started about 5 years (I was in 6th grade I believe..) ago on a little well-known site called Neopets. I joined in 6th grade and instantly fell in love with the game. I would go on everyday after school, it was like what myspace is for me now. My screenname eventually got hacked and then deleted, which distressed me. So, I took a little hiatus from the site, but returned a year later (7th grade). That was when I discovered Guilds and graphics. Of course I sucked at first.. Like really really sucked. But with time I got better and owned a few semi-popular guilds. I got bored of guild easily though. That was when i decided to move onto websites. I started out with random freewebs sites. I had one, xxpolkadots, that I was pretty proud of but the minute I saw someone stealing my content I shut it down. I didn't know how to deal with the situation, but now I think I have thicker skin (I just ban people, haha). Then I opened mybrandofheroinx which attracted the attention of Stephanie who then offered to host my site! And so that's the basic history of MBOH, boring right? Haha, oh well.
